The success of your investment depends mainly on the quality of the tenant so this is the only element that I have asked to be involved with. I did have an issue with a tenant but with the help of the ReadyLet team it was resolved.
These properties are refurbished on purchase but like any property they do require planned and occasional unplanned maintenance. So this is to be expected.
Overall this has been a positive investment and experience. I have and would recommend purchasing a property through ReadyLet.

ReadyLet are doing a good job managing my properties. We bought 3 properties during Covid (site unseen) and the process was seamless and positive. Some minor hitches with their property management initially but this seems to have been address by more personnel recruitment. Had the chance to visit the propertied eventually this July and the locations are providing good returns. Would I recommend them to my friends and colleagues - YES.

Super Sceptical - When my wife and I first started looking into low cost, high yield properties we were both very sceptical, especially my wife. We spoke at some length with Gill from the company and she really took time to explain everything, so much so that we decided to drive to Durham the following weekend and see for ourselves what the fuss was all about.
